Baseball - the great American pastime. From the local sandlot to a field of dreams, every spring countless American kids pull the bats and balls from the closet and head out hoping to emulate their heroes - Babe Ruth, Nolan Ryan, Cal Ripken Jr., and Ken Griffey Jr., to name a few.
Baseball - passed on for generations from parents to children, becomes something more than a sport, a religion perhaps. Here’s to the hope that parents will always teach their kids to play "catch" and that the spirit of baseball will live on forever.
